Der Veg Abhaile (2024)

Der Veg Abhaile: The Way Home explores the Irish Jewish identity, and its impact on the art practices of five Irish Jewish artists.

This short documentary follows film director Lenny Abrahamson, printmaker Ria Czerniak-LeBov, poet Simon Lewis, and musicians Yonit Kosovske and Wolodymyr Smishkewych as they reflect on the ways this unique identity has seeped into their art: whether unraveling the threads of family mysteries, growing up amongst comical characters, or the experience of being forever a wanderer.
